10 Sports Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At your own request — you may close your account at any time.

If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure, any legitimate funds — excluding bonuses — will be returned, unless they have been forfeited due to a breach of terms.

10 sports strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, there are certain limitations to our liability:

• 10 sports is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
• 10 sports is not directly liable for failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions to the platform — no compensation will be provided for losses during such periods, though every effort will be made to resolve them as quickly as possible.
• 10 sports is not liable in any way for financial losses resulting from betting decisions. Betting involves risk, and winning is never guaranteed.

10 sports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will change accordingly.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
